Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the L6ttery app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

L6ttery is an entertainment app independently developed and published in the United Kingdom. It simulates a Mark Six-style lottery draw using 3D animation and physics. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.

L6ttery is an independent entertainment app inspired by the Mark Six draw format. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club or any other lottery operator.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. The App is rated 18+ due to simulated gambling content. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must stop using the App immediately.

3. Entertainment Only — No Real Gambling

The App does not involve real money, real wagering, or real lottery tickets. No prizes are awarded. The results generated by the App are produced by a random simulation and have no connection to any real-world lottery draw.

The App must not be used as a basis for placing real bets or purchasing lottery tickets. Any such use is entirely at your own risk and outside the intended purpose of the App.

4. Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence is granted to use the App on your Apple device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any commercial or unlawful purpose
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including the 3D models, animations, sounds, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No warranty is given that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage data. Use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. No responsibility is accepted for the practices of any third-party service providers.

9. Updates and Availability

The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated at any time. The revised Terms will be published at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

Your licence to use the App may be terminated at any time if these Terms are breached. Upon termination, use of the App must cease and the App must be deleted from your device.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
